At Baketifyβ„’, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect our products before dispatch; however, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item is missing from your order.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

An unboxing video is strictly required for all return, replacement, or refund requests.

The unboxing video must:

  • Start before opening the package.
  • Clearly show the shipping label.
  • Show the package being opened.
  • Clearly display the product received.

Without a complete unboxing video, Baketifyβ„’ reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund claim.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer.
  • Minor variations in product appearance that do not affect functionality.
  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video.

Refund Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • A replacement product may be shipped, or
  • A refund may be issued depending on the situation.

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
