At Baketifyβ’, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect our products before dispatch; however, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is missing from your order.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
An unboxing video is strictly required for all return, replacement, or refund requests.
The unboxing video must:
- Start before opening the package.
- Clearly show the shipping label.
- Show the package being opened.
- Clearly display the product received.
Without a complete unboxing video, Baketifyβ’ reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund claim.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect order placed by the customer.
- Minor variations in product appearance that do not affect functionality.
- Claims submitted without an unboxing video.
Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:
- A replacement product may be shipped, or
- A refund may be issued depending on the situation.
Approved refunds may take 5β10 business days to process.
